You can browse and purchase from our collection via our main website or our social media sites. We will confirm availability, pricing and timelines
1) All orders are confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received. By placing an order with NovaSage creations, you agree to these terms and conditions
2)Order & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order
The remaining balanced must be paid prior to printing/dispatch. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been recieved
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not made by the agreed due date
3)Proofing & Personlisation
Digital proofs will be provided before printing
It is your responsbility to carefully check spelling, grammar, dates and details
Once approval is given, we cannot accept responsibility for erros
4) We will process items/products within a reasonable time frame and an update of the status of your order will be completed
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Due to the personlised nature of wedding stationary, items are non-refundable unless faulty
Any damage or printing issues must be reported with 48hrs of delivery
Deposits are non refundable
Your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015 are not affected
Hire Items (sinage, Aches & Decor Etc)
1) Booking and deposit
A non refundable booking deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date
The reamaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event
A refundable damage/security deposit of £50 may also be required, depending on the item hired
2) The standard hire period is 48hrs/weekend unless agreed otherwise
Items must be returned on the agreed date and time
Late returns may incur additional charges
3)All Hire items remain the property of NovaSage creations
Loss, theft or demage will be charged an additional fee
Items must not be altered, pained or permanently modified
Cancellations
1)Cancellations of hire equipment within 30 days of the event may require full payment.
2) If cancellations occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will consider a date transfer/refund at our discretion
